For testing or light usage, a VPS with 2–4 vCores and 4–8 GB RAM is usually sufficient. For production environments or multiple agents, we recommend our newest generation VPS plans (e.g. 2 vCores / 6 GB DDR5 RAM / 250 GB NVMe, or 6 vCores / 12 GB DDR5 RAM / 500 GB NVMe). OpenClaw can also be installed on lower-cost VPS options with SATA SSD or HDD storage if required.
